Mr. Payne (Technology)

Hello! My name is Jonathan Payne, and I am the Technology Teacher here at Lackland Elementary. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from St. Mary’s University right here in San Antonio, Texas.

I started my career as a Math Teacher in 2009. I've mostly taught Math since then, but have had the pleasure of teaching other subjects as well. In 2017 I transitioned into being a technology teacher and have been loving it! I've always had a passion for technology and it's a real pleasure being able to share that passion with our lackland students. Technology has always played a huge role in human history and is a large part of all our lives. As a Technology Teacher I strive to give our students a foundational understanding of technology that will help them throughout their lives.
